MM (the Institute of Microelectronics of Madrid) offers technological support through its Micro and nanofabrication service (MiNa), attending to the most challenging and demanding requirements.
IMM has reached a strong experience in advanced fabrication techniques like molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), electron beam lithography and tools based on scanning probe microscopy (SPM) for the fabrication, characterization and manipulation of nanostructures.
IMM carries out its research activities within the general context of nanoscience and nanotechnology, at the intersection of physics, biology and material science. IMM is also active in the development of technological processes for implementation in advanced production technologies.
Research activity at IMM is mainly organized under the following subjects:
IMM is open to the scientific and technological community through the participation in national and international projects.
IMM also offers technological support through its Micro and nanofabrication service, attending to the most demanding requirements.
