Quantum theory has radically changed our understanding of how light and matter interact at extremely small scales. For this reason, quantum technologies are of great interest both in research and in applications in various sectors. In the following link you can see a brief summary about the potentialities of application.

In the last year, some agents in Spain such as the ICFO Research Centre or the companies QUSIDE and VLC Photonics have taken a substantial step forward, positioning themselves at European level as references in this field. The 3 are members of secpho and come to demonstrate the key role of photonics in quantum technologies.

At secpho we believe that the time has come for these technologies to take off, and their impact will reach our lives in the coming years. For this reason, we have created this Workshop that aims to serve as a meeting point for the entire community related to these technologies, as well as serving as a dynamic forum for launching new initiatives.

The conference will be developed through presentations by experts, application cases and will end with a session of B2B meetings where those interested and experts in quantum technologies will be able to interact with each other.
