Innovative Solutions for Food Quality & Security
Ensuring food security (the availability of sufficient quantities of safe and nutritious food) is currently one of the major global challenges, as it is related to the main global trends in this sector, which influence food security and will determine its future development.
Due to their complexity and urgency, these challenges require complex responses that can only be provided through cross-sectoral collaboration. Such collaboration is at the heart of FoodPackLab2, a European initiative that aims to foster cross-border cooperation between deep tech, packaging and the agri-food industry in the strategic area of food safety.
In this webinar we present a sample of the solutions offered by the FoodPackLab ecosystem for the agri-food sector, initiating the search for partners with technological challenges that could be addressed by these solutions.
